Nepal trekking document guide

Namaste, future Himalayan explorer! 🙏

We are thrilled that you are choosing to journey to the heart of the Himalayas with us. In Nepal, we say Atithi Devo Bhava- "The guest is equivalent to God."

Don't stress about the paperwork—we will handle all the local route permits, municipal fees, and national park passes for you.

Here is all you need to pack in your daypack to get trail-ready:

Your to do list

  • Valid Passport  – Must have at least 6 months of validity left from the day you land.
  • Nepal Tourist Visa 🇳🇵 – Grab it easily on arrival at the Kathmandu airport (TIA) or apply online before you fly.
  • 4–6 Passport Photos  – Even with digital systems, our remote mountain check-posts still require physical paper copies.
  • High-Altitude Insurance  – Must explicitly cover trekking up to 5,000m–6,000m (depending on your route) and emergency helicopter evacuation.

What We Handle For You
