 Yala Peak (5,520 m / 18,110 ft) is one of Nepal’s most accessible non-technical "trekking peaks". Located deep in the Langtang Valley near the Tibetan border, it serves as the ultimate Himalayan summit attempt for trekkers looking to step into high-altitude mountaineering without needing technical ice-climbing skills. 


Itinerary

 Day 1: Ka

 Yala Peak (5,520 m / 18,110 ft) is one of Nepal’s most accessible non-technical "trekking peaks". Located deep in the Langtang Valley near the Tibetan border, it serves as the ultimate Himalayan summit attempt for trekkers looking to step into high-altitude mountaineering without needing technical ice-climbing skills. 


Itinerary

 Day 1: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,550 m) Drive past green hills and rivers to Syabrubesi, the starting point for your Himalayan trek.

Day 2: Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,380 m) Walk through dense bamboo and pine forests alongside a clear mountain river, crossing beautiful suspension bridges.

Day 3: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3,430 m) Climb gradually as the valley opens up, passing stone houses, prayer flags, and grazing yaks.

Day 4: Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa (3,870 m) Trek to Kyanjin Gompa. Visit the peaceful local monastery and try fresh yak cheese from the village factory.

Day 5: Acclimatization at Kyanjin Gompa Hike up Kyanjin Ri (4,770 m) to adapt to high altitude and enjoy huge glacier views.

Day 6: Kyanjin Gompa to Yala Base Camp (4,750 m) Ascend rocky mountain paths to base camp and sleep in tents under clear starry skies.

Day 7: Summit Yala Peak (5,520 m) & Return Climb to the summit early for panoramic mountain views, then head back down to Kyanjin Gompa.

Day 8–10: Descent to Kathmandu Walk back to Syabrubesi over two days and take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu.

Mera Peak Climb

 Trek through the scenic Hinku Valley via Lukla, Paiya, and Kothe to reach Khare (5,045 m) for acclimatization and gear training. Ascend to High Camp (5,780 m) before making the early morning summit push to Mera Peak (6,476 m) for panoramic Himalayan views, then descend via Zatrwa La Pass back to Lukla. 

Itinerary

 

  • Day 01: Arrive in Kathman

 Trek through the scenic Hinku Valley via Lukla, Paiya, and Kothe to reach Khare (5,045 m) for acclimatization and gear training. Ascend to High Camp (5,780 m) before making the early morning summit push to Mera Peak (6,476 m) for panoramic Himalayan views, then descend via Zatrwa La Pass back to Lukla.
