  • Day 3: Dunai to Tarakot – Walk along lush gorges and riverbanks to the historic fortress village of Tarakot.
  • Day 4: Tarakot to Laina Odar – Ascend through steep river canyons, crossing suspension bridges into deep pine forests.
  • Day 5: Laina Odar to Dho Tarap – Hike through narrow gorges into the sprawling, high-altitude valley of Dho Tarap.
  • Day 6: Acclimatization in Dho Tarap – Rest day to explore ancient Bon Po monasteries and experience traditional local village life.
  • Day 7: Dho Tarap to Numa La Base – Trek along gentle slopes into high alpine meadows towards the foot of the pass.
  • Day 8: Cross Numa La Pass to Danigar – Push over the challenging pass for spectacular views of Dhaulagiri and Kanjirowa peaks.
  • Day 9: Cross Baga La Pass to Yak Kharka  – Climb your second high pass before descending into lush alpine valleys.
  • Day 10: Yak Kharka to Ringmo / Shey Phoksundo Lake – Pass through pine forests to reach Ringmo and the shores of Lake Phoksundo.
  • Day 11: Explore Shey Phoksundo Lake – Marvel at the jewel-toned turquoise waters and visit the centuries-old cliffside monastery.
  • Day 12: Shey Phoksundo Lake to Chepka– Follow the Phoksundo River downwards through massive rock walls and birch trees.
  • Day 13: Chepka to Juphal – Trek back to Juphal airstrip for your final night in the mountains.
  • Day 14: Fly Juphal to Nepalgunj & Kathmandu – Take early morning return flights to Kathmandu.

  • Day 1: Drive Kathmandu to Besisahar to Dharapani – A scenic drive following the Trishuli and Ma

  • Day 5: Trek Kyang to Phu Village – Follow the riverbed and ascend steep switchbacks into the ancient cliffside village of Phu. 
  • Day 6: Exploration & Acclimatization in Phu – Visit the historic Tashi Lhakhang Monastery and explore local Tibetan Buddhist culture.
  • Day 7: Trek Phu to Nar Phedi – Descend along the gorge back towards the junction and stay overnight at the tranquil Nar Phedi Monastery.
  • Day 8: Trek Nar Phedi to Nar Village – Climb steadily up to Nar, a beautifully preserved sister village surrounded by terraced fields. 
  • Day 9: Cross Kang La Pass to Ngawal  – Early morning steep climb over the pass for panoramic views of Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak.
  • Day 10: Trek Ngawal to Manang - Annapurna Circuit trail with sweeping views of the Manang Valley.
  • Day 11: Drive Manang to Besisahar  – Take a rugged off-road jeep ride descending back down the Marsyangdi River valley. 
  • Day 12: Drive Besisahar to Kathmandu – Complete the loop with a scenic drive back to Kathmandu.

  • Day 1: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara – Drive along the Trishuli and Marsyangdi rivers through lush hills to the lakeside city of Pokhara. 
  • Day 2: Fly Pokhara to Jomsom & Trek to Kagbeni  – Take an early morning flight between Annapurna and Dhaulagiri, then trek along the wind-swept Kali Gandaki riverbed to Kagbeni, the gateway to Upper Mustang. 
  • Day 3: Trek Kagbeni to Chele – Enter the restricted Upper Mustang region, passing whitewashed villages and red conglomerate cliffs to Chele. 
  • Day 4: Trek Chele to Ghiling  – Ascend rugged mountain passes, descending past chortens and poplar groves into Ghiling. 
  • Day 5: Trek Ghiling to Tsarang  – Cross Nyi La Pass hike past Mustang's longest mani wall, and reach Tsarang with its historic fort and red gompa. 
  • Day 6: Trek Tsarang to Lo Manthang  – Descend into the Tsarang Chu canyon and ascend to the windy pass of Lo to reach the walled ancient capital of Lo Manthang. 
  • Day 7: Exploration & Acclimatization in Lo Manthang – Visit centuries-old monasteries (Jampa & Thubchen), explore Jhong Cave, and prepare for the remote wilderness stretch. 
  • Day 8: Trek Lo Manthang to Yara Gaon – Cross the Kali Gandaki River and hike through striking fluted sandstone cliffs to Yara.
  • Day 9: Day Hike to Luri Cave Gompa – Explore the sacred 14th-century cliff-hanging Luri Gompa and return to Yara for the night.
  • Day 10: Trek Yara to Ghuma Thanti  – Leave permanent settlements behind and climb onto the high uninhabited plateau, setting up a tented wilderness camp. 
  • Day 11: Trek Ghuma Thanti to Damodar Kunda – Cross high mountain passes (Kyumu La & Batsyak La) to reach the sacred lakes of Damodar Kunda. 
  • Day 12: Sacred Puja & Exploration at Damodar Kunda – Perform holy rituals, take a sacred bath in the icy glacial waters, collect Saligrams, and soak in views of the Damodar Himal range.
  • Day 13: Trek Damodar Kunda back to Ghuma Thanti – Retrace your steps across the high alpine plateau back to Ghuma Thanti campsite.
  • Day 14: Trek Ghuma Thanti to Yara Gaon  – Descend back into Yara village to stay in local teahouses. 
  • Day 15: Trek Yara to Chhusang  – Trek down along the riverbed past Tangbe village to Chhusang.
  • Day 16: Drive Chhusang to Jomsom – Take a rugged jeep ride back to Jomsom via the sacred site of Muktinath.
  • Day 17: Fly Jomsom to Pokhara & Drive to Kathmandu – Take a morning flight to Pokhara and return to Kathmandu.
